Nigel Thomas' (C/S 1996-98) band "The Foxes"

I've just seen the request for news in the Pelican, so thought I'd let you know that my bands début album has just come out and is doing very well with a review in Q Magazine this month.

The band is called "The Foxes" and the album "Last of Many." The full album can be heard here, and is on iTunes, Amazon, play.com (and the independent record shops in Brighton - full details on my blog).

"This is the hotly anticipated début album by The Foxes, recorded by acclaimed producer John Cornfield (Muse, Razorlight, Supergrass, Oasis) at Sawmills Studios in Cornwall, and follows the success of three hugely critically acclaimed self-released singles (Trauma Town (UK Indie Chart#9), Bill Hicks (UK Indie Chart#6) and Lover, Killer) all of which had fantastic radio support from Radio 1 (Zane), Radio Two (Long, Lester), Kerrang Radio, The Selector and Absolute Radio. This album builds on the edgy sound of those first singles with a host of catchy sure-fire hit and radio-friendly singles such as "Run", "Sweet Little Wonder" and "Something About You." This release will be supported by a UK tour (followed by U.S. and Europe), support from major and grass roots press and unique music videos for every single track on the album."
