John Hart (S. 1995-00)

John Hart is one of the most respected members of the London Wasps squad and so it comes as no surprise that he was named as Wasps' captain for the start of the 2007/08 season throughout the World Cup period.

Harty was named by Director of Rugby Ian McGeechan as 1XV Captain for the start of the 2005-6 season in the absence of injured club captain, Lawrence Dallaglio, and with the blind-side flanker at the helm, the team made the best start to a season for 10 years. In addition, the back row man scored his first 1XV try, against Leeds Tykes, in September 2005.
