1997-2005 "Seldon" reunion

Written by  Tony Whitestone (OBA President & ex staff, 1971-2006) Saturday, 05 September 2009
On Saturday 5 September forty or so young OBs, from the Seldon years (1997-2005) returned to the College for an informal reunion. Anthony and Joanna Seldon dropped by to greet them and several members of staff from the same era.

Both the President and current Headmaster, Richard Cairns, in their brief speeches, pointed out how fortunate the OBs were to be at the College in such an exciting and transforming time and that the College was currently going from strength to strength on the foundations laid during Anthony Seldon’s tenure.

The returning OBs were much impressed by the many changes which have taken place in the relatively short time since their leaving the College. The OBA, which itself is undergoing a transformation, in conjunction with the new development office, hopes to arrange further informal reunions of this kind.
