Sam Pacelli (L. 1998-03) and Charlie Granville (L. 1998-03) are both members of The Noise Next Door, an improvised comedy troupe who have just returned from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Over half their shows were sold out and they received fantastic reviews, supporting comedians such as Lucy Porter and Des Clarke. I had lunch on 15th Sept 2008 in the Wykeham Arms in Winchester, where I now live, with Jim Leader who was my Head of House in Chichester in the late 60s. He is a Consultant Mining Engineer (and part-time lecturer) in Vancouver and was on his way home from Kazakhstan where he’d been advising on a chromium mine. He had arranged to meet in London Chris Pickering, to whose son he is Godfather, and also Roger Waddams, Nigel Robinson and Robin Barratt.

I have recently dragged myself screaming quietly into the 21st century and discovered the OB website. This has prompted me to look out all the old School and House photos. I would be interested to hear from any of my contempories particularly Graeme Roberts who I understand lives in Vancouver B.C. I live in West Sussex and have been married to Margaret for 53 years We have 3 children and 5 grand children the eldest is getting married next month. I have maintained the interest in sport developed at the College and have only this year given up competitive distance running. I await any contact that may be forthcoming.

Shipwrecked OB!
Our administrator is extremely excited to see that Tom Turner (S. 2002-07) is competing in the latest series of "Shipwrecked" on Channel 4.
This programme apparently promises shocks and surprises in an exotic location... no doubt Tom's time at the fore-most south-coast public school served as the perfect preparation...

After years of running around chasing my own tail (so to speak) from diver in charge of the first phase of the Brighton marina, to organising travel warrants for engineers in Algeria, to running picture framing shops in East Anglia, to owning a transport company in the east of England.....I finally ran away and hid! I now do pretty much of nothing as an interpreter and "estate agent" in central France. La belle vie!
Of course should any OBs want to hide here I'll be pleased to help and if anyone actually remembers me (I'd be surprised!) I'd love to hear from them.

After 3 very happy years in Singapore I have made the move back to the UK for a while, bringing with me my ever-patient partner, Steve.
Having taken a year and a half out to complete my MBA, I am now happily ensconced as a senior consultant at a marketing firm and enjoying re-discovering my home country. Life is good just the 2 of us and there are no plans afoot to inflict more Tarrants on the education system.
