Dr Dan Rosen makes history in this year's Varsity Match
Wednesday, 02 December 2009

Dr Dan Rosen (D. 2000-02) will be captaining Oxford for 127th Varsity Match on 10th December at Twickenham - we believe that this is the first time any OB has captained a blues side...unless you know better!.

Dan, who is more often than not referred to as Rosie or Rosanne is a member of Worcester College where he is studying for a degree in Physiology & Psychology.

After spending two very successful seasons with the U21’s Rosie has graduated smoothly into the Blue’s squad. Prior to his engagements with OURFC Dan represented England U16’s, Sussex U18’s, London South East and Brighton RFC. Additionally Dan was also a Karate Black Belt during his school days.

Dan’s hobbies include watching sport, listening to music and eating cake. Unfortunately for Dan the latter has been scuppered by the close attention of OURFC’s Director of Rugby who avidly monitors Dan’s eating habits.

However since his escape from the ‘Shire’, Frodo Rosen has made a valuable impact at OURFC.
