REPORT: Brighton College Professions Conference 2020

This year’s Professions Conference kicked off with nine different panel sessions, catering for a broad range of sectors specifically hosted for the Lower Sixth Form. Pupils had the chance to join in with discussions from a diverse range of sectors, such as law, medicine, finance, architecture and the arts.

The Head Master was very pleased to hear from Alex Bone (Ha. 2003-17) who, having moved to Australia for university, started a crowdfunding page to raise money for the town of Cobargo in New South Wales, which was decimated by the recent bushfires.

Dr Christopher Charles Black of Henfield died on Friday 24th May, aged 82. He was was the School Doctor at Brighton College from 1978 until 1997.
