Daniel was one of 202 people killed in the terrorist bombing of a nightclub on the Indonesian island of Bali in 2002.
At his memorial service at Brighton College on 16th November 2002 his father urged mourners to help promote religious tolerance. Alex Braden said a charitable trust had been set up in memory of his son, killed in the blast in Bali, and the project would help to promote religious tolerance in Indonesia.
