 900x1046 BibaMills

We are thrilled to celebrate another outstanding achievement from our OB community as Biba Mills (Se. 2024–26) has just signed for HC Rotterdam, one of Europe's leading women's hockey clubs.

Having only graduated from Brighton College in June, Biba has wasted very little time and now embarks on an exciting new chapter in the Netherlands, joining a club renowned for competing at the very highest level of European hockey.

Biba is already recognised as one of England's brightest young talents, finishing as the Premier League's top scorer in the 2025/26 season. Her eye for goal has become her trademark, and it is little surprise that one of Europe's elite clubs has moved quickly to secure her signature.

Biba is also a record-breaker. In March 2024, at just 15 years, 10 months and 25 days, she became the youngest goalscorer in Euro Hockey League history, scoring the winning goal for East Grinstead against Gantoise during the EHL FINAL8 at the Wagener Stadium.

Announcing her signature, HC Rotterdam Chairman Jac Bressers summed up her qualities perfectly: "Biba is a natural goal scorer with a great feel for positioning and timing."

HC Rotterdam is one of the Netherlands' best-known hockey clubs and competes in the Women's Hoofdklasse, widely regarded as the strongest domestic women's hockey league in the world. Based at the Hazelaarweg Stadion in Rotterdam, the club has a proud history of developing international talent and regularly attracts players from around the globe.

For Biba, it's an exciting move because she'll be testing herself week in, week out against many of the world's best players - including Dutch internationals, Olympic champions and established international stars.

We wish Biba every success as she begins this exciting new adventure in Rotterdam and look forward to following her progress on one of European hockey's biggest stages.
